Aiden at 20 months
For some reason I have had a hard time getting his monthly posts up on time- probably because it is more time consuming than my pregnancy posts. :(
Things about Aiden:
- Diaper size: Yep still size 5.
- Shoe size: So the size of his foot would fit into a 4 but his feet are so wide and fat that very few shoes do fit him. Right now he is wearing a size 7 boot which is way way too big for him but he really likes them plus he can wear them for a VERY long time. :) I will say, lets get your shoes on and he will say shoes?! get shoes?! shoes?!
- Clothes: 2T pants, some 2T & 3T jammies he is right in the middle where 2T are getting smaller and 3T are big.
- Number of teeth: 16 but I may have seen another set of molars coming in while I was brushing his teeth.
- Favorite food ( or should I say food he will eat): Pizza, Oatmeal, chocolate & strawberry milk, cereal, oreos, peanut butter & jelly sandwich, corn dogs & plain hot dogs, some times corn & peas, yogurt. Things he will eat by himself- Oatmeal & yogurt. The little stinker has been going through this stage where he want me to feed him...
- Favorite shows/movies: Despicable me & Curious George.
- Favorite things to do: Watch Curious George, play with random kitchen spoons, he loves playing with daddy, going out side- it is super cold so we don't do that at all lately.
- Just the other day he has decided to talk a lot more. When he is in the mood he will try to copy any word you ask him. He is really good at saying: Bye, NO!, Go!, please, more, milk, yyyyyes, mama, daddy, ball, bath.
- Since getting him his new bear he only sleeps with bear only. This bear surprisingly manages to stay in his crib for the most part all night & for naps where was his other animals he throughs out eventually. He still listens to primary music to fall asleep for naps & bed time. We have been using a humidifier for his cough & he sleeps with his night light.
- We are working on getting him to say the names of animals... it is clear he knows his animals but getting him to talk is all about his mood. He is really good at matching things like his puzzles.
- He is very tender hearted and gets his feelings hurt really easily. If we take something away, he gets into trouble, or we tell him no he cries or throughs a temper tantrum which is him laying on the floor or running away from us with or without screaming.
- He loves to tease his daddy. He likes to sit in Jerels computer chair and will take Jerel by the finger from our room to another room and then quickly run back to the chair before Jerel can sit in it. He thinks this is funny.
- He loves his baths but last Sunday he got to shower with Jerel. When he realized I was getting him ready to get in the show he was giggling and clapping his hands. He loved it.
We found this elephant while doing Black Friday shopping. He loves his animals.
Aiden got attached to this random bear we had around our house. He loves to give it kisses so now it stinks. I was hoping to be able to swap it out for a new one.

Aiden loves to look out his window. He uses his bike to stand on.... He loves to watch the snow. One cute thing he has been doing lately, when Jerel leaves for school, Aiden will tell daddy good bye and then run to his room to watch his daddy walk until he can't see him any more. He will also watch Jerel bring groceries in running back and forth between from his room and the front door to greet daddy and then to watch him go back out to the car.

I love when he falls asleep in the car and then stays asleep while Jerel carries him in. When he is awake Jerel will carry him up the stairs- he has gotten too big for me while pregnant to carry up the stairs- Aiden loves to have me chase him and daddy. He squeals and laughs when I am behind them even when I'm not aware that he thinks I am gonna get him.

Aiden's 2nd Christmas
Not sure how long this tree will stay up. Aiden isn't very nice to it.
Aiden got to see Santa at the Logan Mall. He took him to see him and he took off in the opposite direction. So later while we were in a store I asked him if he wanted to go see Santa. He took my hand and off we went to see him. He was so excited he could hardly wait in line and for the other kids to have their turn. When it was his turn he walked right up to him. Santa told him he was a very brave little boy. He would have sat there for hours had we let him.
Aiden found dad's dish washing gloves and decided he wanted to wear them.

He is really good at matching things and is knows his animals really well.
So tired he fell asleep on the couch next to me. November was full of lots of sick days for this little guy. He went 5 sundays in a row I had to keep him from nursery. He goes 1 or 2 weeks and then gets sick.

Happy boy in church. He gets really warm and his cheeks get dry in the winter weather so they go rosy.
This was right after leaving grandma & grandpa Page's Thanksgiving. He was so tired he fell asleep mid-cry.
I was I asked to play my cello at a ward christmas party & took my cello home. Some one thinks its a jungle gym.
Aiden didn't want Jerel to go take a shower and was doing everything he could think of to keep him from leaving. He even put his bike in the way to stop him.
