Jade 11 months

Jadie baby 11 months old! 

  I can hardly believe this little cutie of ours will be turning 1 next month! They grow so fast and change so quickly. Her walking around the house like she has been doing it for a long time doesn't help. The more I watch her the more I realize she is turning into more of a toddler than a baby every day!

Weight: 22lbs

Diaper size: 4

Clothes: 12-18 months

Teeth: 9 teeth. She has 3 more swollen molars though, poor baby.

Fun things:

• She is developing a sassy personality thats for sure!
• I love that she plays by herself and is independent.
• She loves to climb onto and over things.
•  She tries so hard to climb onto the couch but she just isn't big enough. So she just stands there lifting her leg as high as she can, trying to put it on the couch. 
• Not so cute but she does have an attitude and doesn't take Aiden's crap any more. She doesn't let him take things from her and she wants everything he has and doesn't give in. 
• She follows me every where, my cute little shadow. 
• She is a little copy cat- following Aiden around trying to do what he does or making noises that I make.
• She gets into everything and gets made if you take it away.
• She loves to empty my tupperware drawer and throws them over her shoulder.
• I now have to put everything up higher on the couch cause she can reach everything on the arms of the couch. Stinker grabs the remote or my phone and goes to town sucking away.

 Last ride in her infant carseat. We decided to keep her in her seat for the drive to utah just in case she didn't like her big girl seat. Turns our she loves it and falls asleep every time we go places which kinda sucks cause we have to wake her to go in the store or in the house.

About a week after we got home from Utah she decided it wasn't so scary to walk more than a 8 steps and now she is walking every where. 

 Jade was walking every where and Aiden called to her holding his hands out for her. So sweet.

I love that she loves her baby. She loves to walk around carrying her baby or stuffed animals.

 So tired. Poor baby had a bad cold and was getting 4 molars.

Perks of having a big brother to get into trouble with... he pulls all the cushions off and she joins him to jump. She learns naughty things.

Aiden 33 months

 Because December was a busy month & I posted several posts, the kids monthly's are going to be short and sweet.

Things about Aiden

Weight: 38 lbs

Height: ?

Clothes: 4T

Favorite food: Cheese burgers, Fries, Crasins, Candy canes, Pizza.

Movies: We just watched The Iron Giant and Aiden loves it so much we watched it 4 or more times in one day. Every time we watched it he would tell me all the things he liked during it. "Mommy! He ate the tree!" The first time he saw the pic of the Iron Giant on iTunes he said it was scary. I asked him if it was scary while watching it and he told me no, not scary. Toy story- i really need to get him 2 & 3 cause I know he would love them. The Lego Movie is also a favorite.

Funny things he says: "Ah Ah Ahchu! I sneezed!", "Where'd everybody go!". We have him count his night lights before bed: "Theres 1, Theres 2, Theres 3!". Jade was crying and Aiden when up to her, touched her chin and said: "Whats wrong baby?", I love how he says "Thank you!" just randomly when we do something he likes. 

  Aiden has gotten really good at riding his bike and now rides is all over the house!

Aiden and his love for flash lights! He loves to go shine it in dark places.  

 Aiden caught the flu the week before Christmas. Poor kid. Boy was I glad to see that cute little smile when he started feeling better.

 Chilling on his twin bed we brought out for him to lay on while he wasn't feeling good.

 Guess who else caught the flu too. Yep Jade and Daddy both.

Aiden is really good at singing his ABC's. This was the first time i was able to record him singing them. He skips E but other wise does really well. I love how he sings the ending too which over the past week since this video he has gotten clearer and better at saying. This was on New Years Day. He also is really good at counting to 20 and counts everything and I mean everything & gets really excited after he does.

 Aiden was excited to see some snow in front of our house. He loved it in Utah but it was much to cold for a little boy to play in.

 Aiden & Jade went straight to their play room to play with the Christmas toys they got that we didn't bring to Utah.

 This is what Daddy did while we built. The drive home was hard on all of us.

 Like I said, maybe he should have been the on to get the dolly for Christmas. Just kidding Jade loves her baby too.I love that he will play Daddy & feeds her with Jade.

He may be a handful but I sure love him and he wouldn't be Aiden if he wasn't exactly the way he is.

Christmas in Utah

 We left around 6:30am on the 23rd to go to Utah. Aiden was pretty excited to go visit Grandma & Grandpa. Here are some pictures from our Utah visit!

 Long 14 hour drive. Jerel and switched every 3 hours and only stopped at gas stations.

 Jade was happy to get a little brake from her car seat.

 They did really well for the most part. Jade wasn't happy by the time we got to Provo and just wanted out. Aiden was really good and shared the iPad.

Surprising Grandma Neesey & Papa Al. We got there around 9:30pm.

Jade was a little on the shy side and wasn't sure about everyone holding her. She mostly just wanted Mommy to hold her.

 The next day I took Aiden to visit my mom before Grandpa Eldon's Christmas Eve party, while Jade napped. I called her before hand to make sure she was home and told her I would call her right back but instead she got a knock at the door. She sure wasn't expecting to see Aiden and I.

 For New Years Eve we celebrated at Jerel's parents and invited my parents, my brother Joshua & my sister Natalie & her family. Alisha was sick so she couldn't come :(

 Christmas night my nephew Hunter fevered and wasn't feeling good but was fine the next day. But then Jaxon wasn't feeling good fallowed by Brooklyn and then Alisha so we didn't get to see as much of them as I would have liked. I was however lucky enough to be able to go to the temple with my Mom, sister Alisha, Grandma and Aunt Kathy the day before Alisha got sick. The last day we were in Utah we got to spend the day with Alisha and her kids.

 Bye bear! See ya later! We sure had a great time visiting family and time passes oh so quickly. So glad we were able be with family for the holidays. Sure missed my brother Ryan & his family & Ash & hers but other than that it was a great visit.
