2 month old Jade

2 months old! I have a 2 year old and a 2 month old! Thats fun to say! Look at those little toes! I could just eat them. And look at those little chipmunk cheeks! Every time I set up to take a pic of Jade and her elephant, Aiden gets super jealous cause he loves elephants for some reason. I tell him he can have it in a min and then when I give it to him he hugs and kisses it. Silly kid.

2 month dr. app: 

Weight: 14.31 lbs @ 99 percentile - Aiden was 14.5 lbs :) 

Height: 23" @ 75 percentile

Head: 40cm 81 percentile 

Dr. Firth says that we make great babies- chubby! She also got 3 shots today which she did well with and only cried a little.

Size diaper: Still in size 1 but will be moving her up to 2's once we run out of 1's.

Size clothes: 3-6mos with some 0-3mos

She has started to smile which I love. She isn't a fan of tummy time but is getting stronger and better at it every time I put her on her tummy. She is a loud sleeper. She hasn't been sleeping through the night because she has had a cold- hopefully she will when she is better. She is also a loud eater. She loves to be held and loves to sit up and look around. She is a very mellow baby and is happy most of the time. 

 So I don't know if you can tell but I make chubby chubby babies... It is now a fact! Ha Ha Aiden and Jade are both 2 months here. I like to think chubby babies make for happy ones because Aiden sure was and Jade seems to be the same.

She wasn't happy in her swing and wanted to be held while I cleaned the house... guess she was good sleeping like this.

She loves Aiden's monkey and everything and anything soft. I love that Aiden is willing to share it with her and will bring it to her when she is sad.

 Aiden loves her. He is always worried about her and wants to make sure we don't leave her when I take just him to the store and Jade stays home with Jerel. I don't think he remember not having her around. I sure hope this is the beginning of a great friendship between the two & hope they will be close.

I love that they will sleep together.

Even Jade can do the face... Jerel can, Aiden can... nope I can't.

Seconds after smiling at Grandma Achatz for the first time.

She started to smile. She does this little mouth smack sound when she opens to smile. So cute!

That is one happy chubby cheeked baby girl.

She also only has eyes for her daddy. 99% of all the cute little smiles I get on camera is her smiling at Jerel.

Even Grandma Neesey gets smiles.

She has rolled over once and is getting much better at tummy time. She loves, loves looking at this baby app that has a bunch of baby pics on it- that and pic of herself. She does much better on her tummy with something to look at.

I love that she is smiling in this one.

She got her 1st cold. Does this look like a sick baby to you? Surprisingly, she has been super happy.

She loves to sit up so I knew she would love to sit in the bumbo.

Some times she falls asleep while sitting up.

I love listening to her baby snores... with that being said not so much in the middle of the night.

Ryan and Heather came up for a short visit. Eden and Jade meeting for the first time.

Eden was so cute and was super excited to see the baby.

My little mini me... Every one says she looks like Jerel, maybe so but she is a girl so she gets to be my mini.

 Nap time with big brother... someone decided it was play time instead. Her little smiles melt my heart.

 She did finally fall asleep.

 Cute... except they both have coughs so Aiden would cough and wake Aiden and then Jade would cough which would wake Aiden. Can't wait until they are both better.

 Right after both of them had just woken form their naps.

 There is just something about a cute chubby having in a bath that is just so darn cute.

I am so grateful for this little one and I am so glad my Heavenly Father sent her to us. In such a short time she has made her way into our hearts, without her our little family would feel incomplete.
