Jade 18 months

Wow 18 months! Time really has gone so fast! I can't believe it!

Jade:

Jade had her 18 month check up when we got to Utah. She was 26lbs at 88 percentile and 35" long at 99 percentile. Her head is average at 18.5" 69 percentile. She was above average on a lot of the things an 18 month older should be able to do and average or just below for talking. 

Words she says: Mama, Dada, Hi, yes but it sounds more like ssss, NO! She doesn't say much but does do animal sounds for a few animals. Dr. Wynn says he counts that as talking.

Clothes: 18-2T

Shoes: She has skinny long feet that keep growing. We bought her a size 4 sandle at the beginning of the summer and ended up getting her a size 6 to last. They were big on her but better than the 4.

Teeth: 16

Movies she likes: Toy Story, Leap frog, Frozen, Despicable Me.

Fav food: Chicken nuggets, pb&J, Oatmeal, gold fish, Chips.... yeah not much.

She loves her dolly and playing Mommy. She loves her elephant and puppy so much and goes to sleep with it every night. She loves to wear shoes and will bring them to you so you can help her put them on. She thinks she can do whatever Aiden can do and tries very hard to do so.  She loves to do animal puzzles and I have started her on the ABC puzzle which she can now put some of the letters in without me showing her where they go.

Eating cheetos is hard work.

Jade loves her walks so much that she kept pulling the stroller over to climb into it. I finally just opened it for the kids to sit in it.

She was very determined to learn to walk down the stairs. These were also the stairs she took her first fall when Aiden was trying to get inside the house and pulled the door open too far. We were very lucky she only got a few scrapes on her arm.

I love my Jade.

Packing for the move to Utah. She decided she will climb in and help.

The day that she doesn't like to side on my hip like this will be a sad one. She loves to sit by me in the corner of the couch.

Loving on Mr. Bear at Grandma Neesey's and Papa Al's house. She is so funny with it. She will pull down the welcome sign it holds and give it loves.

Some times, ok a lot of the time she doesn't like to feed herself so we have to get creative. She is pretty good at using a fork... not so much a spoon but she tries.

She loves going for rides on the four-wheeler at Grandma & grandpa's house. 

She got really upset when Jerel turned it off and it was time to get off

She decided it would be fun to climb into the cupboard. Silly girl.

She really likes to dip things so that helps her eat.

She has the best smiles.

Jade found this cat mask and loved it. I was very surprised. 

Sitting in cousin Aliese's car seat.

Oh baby! She didn't want to hold her but was happy to sit by her. She was really cute and wanted to help with the baby, bringing her Binky to her and trying to wrap her up in a blanket. 

Jade loves dogs. This is my Mom's dog Zeik. She is pretty good to tolerate her.

Come her puppy. She was just a laughing.

 She learned to say No! at Aunt Alisha's house. She was randomly telling Alisha's dog no. 

 She thinks she is big. Cute little stink crossing her little legs while chilling in her high chair. She really likes to climb into it by herself.

Giving Aiden a ride around the house. She really likes to ride her bike while Aiden rides his too.
