34 weeks




How far along? 34 weeks
Current weight/ Total Weight: 155-157lbs. I have been cutting back on the sweets this last week. 
Workout: RI30 week 1 with modifications and moves from other weeks for when I can't lay on my back or do planks that might cause more ab separation. Also 45min walks after dinner= 2 miles every day since Sunday. Walks help other than I really have to pee half way through. Also going at 7pm is better when it is cooler, my hands swell less and I have less BH. 
Stretch marks? Hard to tell the new from the old.
Sleep: My sides must get sore because I wake up on my back a lot which isn't that comfortable either. My hips have been hurting at night so its hard to sleep.
Movement:  He is kicking all the time. He gets the hiccups a lot. I feel what I think are feet mostly on my right side under my rib. He may have dropped a little cause my ribs haven't been hurting as much.
Best moment this week: If baby came this week he would have a good chance of survival are really good and drs wouldn't do anything to stop labor. Not that I want him to come this week!
Miss anything: Sleep
Food cravings or things you can eat: apples with peanut butter, strawberries, bananas, purple grapes, peaches, oranges, fruit smoothies, yogurt. I'm really trying the last few days to eat more healthy and eat less sweets until baby is here. 
Anything making you queasy or sick: Hamburgers and cooking eggs. 
Symptoms: Ligaments are doing ok. Heartburn is doing so much better after taking heartburn medication day & night. Rib pain some times in my back. I have been sitting on my exercise ball more which seems to be helping.
Bloating: I don't know.

Belly button in/out: OUT
Wedding Ring on/off: On, but it gets tight in the heat. It's getting cooler so I'm not having too much problems. 
Happy or Moody most of the time: depends on the time of day. 
Looking forward to: Dr. appointment on the 21st.
