Jade 4 months

4 Months old!

 She is a wiggly one! Getting a good pic of her wasn't easy. She thinks she is a big girl and wants to sit up instead of leaning back against couch.

All about Jadie bug!

Size diaper: Just bumped her up to a size 3.

Clothes: 3-6 & 6-9 months

We are waiting for insurance before we take her in for her 4 month check up so I will post her stats as soon as we are able to take her in.

Guessed Weight: 16 or 17lbs

Jade is such a happy baby. She loves to put everything in her mouth and is learning new things every day. She has recently learned to grab her toes and is now reaching and playing with toys. She spends a lot more time on her tummy and seems to enjoys it along as someone is near to play with. 

She loves to be bundled while cuddling with her Tiger. This is my go to comfort for the times she gets fussy and holding her isn't doing the trick. She just wants to be bundled with her binky and tiger.

She is such a funny little girl. I love that little tongue of hers. Lately she has been doing mouth smacks and making all sorts of new sounds. So cute.

Just like her brother she falls asleep while sitting.

She has recently found her toes and likes to grab them. Whenever she is laying on the floor on her back she will grab them.

She has also found her hands. She has gotten really good at grabbing things. Whenever I reach back to give her, her binky while we are in the car she will grab my hands and hold on tight.

She is really good at holding herself up so she can see everything. She is happiest when she is able to see us. She loves to watch Aiden and I know she is just waiting until she is big enough to run around with him.

We have been working on tummy time... And we do it every which way we can to get her to stay on her tumtum as long as possible. The last week I have noticed she has been liking it more and more. Crazy how just a little tummy time several time a day does. I can tell she has gotten stronger in such a short time.

We got the jumperoo out and she loved it. Aiden had to show her how all the toys worked.

 Peel-a-boo! She also loves this soft blanket that I got as a baby shower gift while I was pregnant with Aiden.

 She loves walks because there is so much to look at. Aiden wasn't so happy that only Jade got to be in the stroller. Still looking for a double stroller.

She has just recently started playing with toys. Aiden loved this jingle ball too.

Jerel hates when I take pic of him sleeping with the kids but it is it just too cute not to.

All moved into our little house and cuddling with mama in our rocking chair.

The first few nights staying in our new home wasn't very restful... well for Jerel and I anyway. She was a bed hog! Both kids were. Since moving her to her crib everyone has been much happier! We all sleep!

 She loves it! Hooray!!! This is how I put her down for her naps and for bed time. I wrap her up tight and snuggle her with a soft stuffed animal and she goes right to sleep. When she gets restless and I know she is tired because nothing else can sooth her, I wrap her up and put her in her crib. She would rather sleep in her crib than in my arms. Kinda sad but its good that she will fall asleep on her own and will stay asleep without me rocking her or holding her.

I love that she loves soft things by her face. So cute!

And this is what she looks like after a nap. We can hear her jibber jabbering in her crib and when we go to get her out she smiles and is just so happy to see us.

Found this cute owl cookie jar. Jade likes it almost as much was I do!

Jade's first laugh. So cute! I have heard her do partial laughs before but this was the first time I had heard her actually laugh. Things that make her laugh- Daddy & Mama growling and tickling her & Aiden just playing with her.

This is how I get all the cleaning done around the house.

She loves to be able to see us and loves to watch me cook and clean.

 I have been working on decorating Jade's room. Best part- material I used for the Owl and the curtains were from left overs I had from making her crib quilt and carseat cover. Next project for Jade's room is doing her name in wood letters.

 She loves to watch Curious George with Aiden.

And will do tummy time as long as Aiden is next to her.

She has finally learned to rest her head while on her tummy. Before she would put her face down in her blanket which would make her angry.

Cute baby over load. I couldn't just pick one.  She will randomly roll over to her back but hasn't learned to roll from her back to her tummy yet but I'm sure its not too far away. She tries to get up onto her knees already with her bum in the air. She also inch worms off of her blanket. I will put her on her tummy in the middle of her blanket and the next thing I know she is on the carpet.

 Happy Father's Day to this Daddy! We sure do love you!

 And putting her fingers in her mouth. I haven't felt any teeth yet. Every now and then I think I do and I check. I have to remind myself not to be surprised if she does get them soon cause Aiden was 4 months when he got his first 2.

She is growing so fast and changing so quickly but with change brings learning and new things. She is developing such a cute personality and I get to see more of it every day. I love you my Jadie baby.
