Aiden 31 months

Time just goes by so fast. Aiden is growing up so fast. 
THINGS ABOUT AIDEN

• Weight: guessing around 36 lbs
• Fav food: Waffles, Yogurt, Corn dogs, PB&J, Tator Tot casserole, Chicken roll ups, Pizza, Wendy's cheese burger & fries, Ice cream, Suckers, Juice, Fruit snacks.
• Fav things to do: Watch movies: Leap Frog, Lego movies.
• Things he says: "Go away!", "Sop it!" (stop it!), "NO WAY!", "Where'd Daddy go?!", "Catch Mom!"- as he throws a ball or something I should catch, without much of a warning. "Don't like it!", "Mmmm! Yum! (with a slurping sound) Thats good!", "Where'd baby go??!", "I lobe you!", "I see you!". Sings his abc's & is constantly counting random objects thought the house.
• He is getting better at saying his prayers. We have him repeat us word for word which I think is actually helping with his speech and getting him to talk more.
• He has soooo much energy all of the time & is constantly running around. He is happy silly most of the time and is just a happy little boy. I wouldn't change him.
• For the most part he plays pretty good with Jade but he is a 2 year old so he still hits her with things or knocks her down but the nice thing about him being a 2 year old is that he is honest. So when I ask him if he is being naught or mean he tells me yes & if I ask if he hurt or hit Jade he tells me yes. He his getting really good at saying "Sorry Jade!" He always kisses her better after he has hurt her- it goes along with saying sorry I guess. He does that in nursery too which I wish he didn't do the kissing part- Germs...
• He does so much better at taking naps and going to sleep at night. He likes to be tucked in with his sheet and then his blanket. I love that he likes to be kissed good night and then he rolls over on his side and goes to sleep. He has been sleeping through the night again which is wonderful. Some times he will wake up and need a drink or wake up cause Jade is crying- which he tell her NO.. It is a huge improvement since moving here and him not sleeping in his bed at all pretty much.

Aunt Alisha let Aiden borrow Hunter's Captain America costume Hunter wore last year. He wasn't too excited about trying it on though for some reason. I told him if he let me put it on him, we could blow bubbles. 

"I see you!"- in a singing voice.

 This little boy loves boxes. Cut a hole if it for him and he is happy as can be.

 This was Jade's first time riding in the cart. I ended up getting another cart so Aiden wouldn't squash all the food.

 Aiden decided to watch his Saturday cartoons on Daddies feet... Silly Aiden.

Aiden had his first dentist visit. He did pretty good. The dental assistants were very good with him, letting him play with all the tools. He really liked the "squirt gun". I was very impressed with how goo they were with him. The dentist counted his teeth

Aiden helped me make snickerdoodle cookies & then snuck over and helped himself...

This is Aiden's monster face. We tell him to do his monster and he puts his finger on his cheek like he is thinking-

Halloween for some reason is one of my favorite holidays. Aiden and I did a few crafts to get excited for Autumn and Halloween even though it didn't feel Autumnie outside.

He really liked painting his tree with q-tips.

Then I took a potato, cut it in half and carved, making a stamp. Aiden liked the pumpkins it made.

We also did green Frankenstein foot prints. 

And cute little purple bats for Jade.

We made felt pumpkins for Aiden to decorate over and over again.

And made a skeleton out of q-tips! My cute little Aiden!

We dressed Aiden up the night before Halloween to practice saying trick-or-treat & to see if he would let me put the mask on. He would only wear it as long as I tucked the eye wholes up so he could see.

Cut a hole in it and he is happy as can be. He likes to watch tv while in his box.

He got really happy when I let him sit and play driver.

He learned to catch his first foot ball! "I caught the foot ball!" I can't tell you how many times I have replayed this video to hear his sweet voice. Love how learn he says it. He will randomly say things clear as day...

Running around playing Super Aiden with the cap Grandmpa Achatz brought him.

Jumping on his bed while wearing his super cap right before bed- hence the reason he is wearing "night undies" (pull ups).

Because eating lunch is way better while wearing your hard hat!

He will usually call them boobies but they sound like bobbies in this video. He said it clear the first time I asked him before pulling out my phone.

Life really wouldn't be the same without my Aiden. I love you so much little boy. Thank you for making me a Mommy!
