Holloman AirForce Base did fireworks on base. We played on the play ground before seeing the fire works... My kids would rather play in the rocks though...

Aiden loved them. Jade was really nervous, i think she would have liked them more had the music not been so loud and the fireworks not so close.
The next night we had a BBQ at the park with some friends. The kids had a lot of fun playing.

At the parade! The kids liked it. Aiden liked picking up candy and Jade just liked being free... a little too much actually. She kept taking off before the parade started.
It was really nice to sit in the shade this year so it wasn't as hot!

We met some friends in the ward at the church parking lot for fireworks. Jade loves riding Aiden's bike around. 1st time she has rode it outside.
They kids both liked the fireworks this time. They are just far enough away not to scare Jade which was great. She kept saying wow and ohhh!
One of our friends brought cool little LED lights for all the kids. They kids had a lot of fun with them.
The next night we popped our pop its outside our house. The kids really liked throwing them.
